Personal and Commercial are different scopes

The offer overview lists a Personal front-end option and a Commercial front-end option. The Commercial tier is the one presented for creating work for clients or commercial use. Do not assume a Personal purchase gives permission to sell client work merely because the tool can export a video.

Check the license version, covered deliverables, client transfer rights, permitted platforms and any restrictions on generated or uploaded material. Save the license and receipt with the project files so you can answer questions later.

Rights in source material still matter

A software license does not make every uploaded image, script, logo, music track or voice recording safe to use. You remain responsible for having permission to provide those inputs and for honoring any rights attached to the final work.

For a brand film, get approval for trademarks and claims. For cloned or imitated voices, obtain the speaker’s permission. For client projects, document who supplied assets and who approved the final cut.

Use the live license as the authority

This guide summarizes the seller’s plan distinction; it is not legal advice and does not replace the license text. If a contract, jurisdiction or distribution channel raises a question, ask a qualified professional or the seller before delivery.
